Hell On Earth : Era De Oscuridad (Review)
HOE is a Mexican black metal fused with crust band. They are heavy, raging, lo-fi and great. This music is trve and sounds amazing even with the roughness and the distortion that fills up all the space. The album starts with Verdugos, the guitar sends a few riffs drowned with distortion, the drum gets on and the bass follows with a fast pace beat. They get to a bridge where the song slows down and gets all heavy, after a few riffs they get back to the original riff and rips the rest of the song. Follows, Error 406, a heavy and fast song that one will for sure start the mosh pit. The rest of the album follows in that vein. They have fast music that are crust and some of the songs feel a bit death metal like Sombras Del Pasado. La Maquina is my favourite, it has a different start from the other songs, when the beat starts moving it gets all intense. Their music is also close to the black metal genre, with the raw and lo-fi sounds. Fans of Napalm Raids, Iskra will enjoy this album and if you liked Ifernach latest release, Murder Chaos Crematoria, you should definitely go listen to Era De Oscuridad. This is rough and abrasive it is exactly how I like my music. Facebook Bandcamp
