Talk Show Host : Not Here to Make Friends (Review)
The Talk Show Host just released, a fun EP Not Here to Make Friends. They have Pop Punk that will for sure remind you of Against Me and The Gaslight Anthem. The band from Toronto is good and their songs are well mixed and mastered, you hear all the instruments. The chords are clean with a nice distortion and played with weight. The voice is put forward and the lyrics are great, the chorus are catchy and about things that are annoying in life. the songs are about giving the finger to any things that gets on your nerves. I hate Men (I hate all men) is my favourite track and I like the special guest voice of Madeleine Maynard. the music is powerful and the rhythms are varied. this is definitely an EP to check.
